Ariaan Cnossen

General Manager

Ariaan is an Idaho native that moved back to the Magic Valley from The East Texas Piney Woods in August of 2022. Ariaan graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Business Communication and Corporate Education. Ariaan is the General Manager here at Goffin Heritage Homes, she has her hands in a little bit of everything and oversees day to day operations. Ariaan handles all bidding, manages GHH Rentals, ordering materials and many other tasks. She works hand in hand with clients, designers, realtors and our team throughout the process of the project to ensure they are running smoothly from beginning to end.

Scott McClure

Project Manager

Construction has been a part of Scott McClure family’s business since he was a child, he has dabbled in many different fields starting with concrete and framing 25 years ago in the Sun Valley area. He has spent the last 20 years of his career refining his skills as a finish carpenter in custom homes both in the Woodriver and Magic Valley areas. Scott is passionate about his work and it is reflected in what he does daily. We are excited to have Scott’s knowledge and passion on our job sites to guide our builds.

McKenna Vander Hulst

Operations Assistant

McKenna was born and raised here in the Magic Valley. She earned a bachelor’s in business marketing from the University of Idaho. Go Vandals! McKenna handles all marketing, social media, permitting, warranties and everything else that is thrown at her! She is also the main point of contact for all clients once their build is complete during the one year post build warranty period.

Adrian Gill

Site Assistance

Adrian Gill is a Magic Valley native that entered the construction industry right after high school. With his background in painting, plumbing and other trades he is the perfect fit to help Goffin Heritage Homes continue their reputation of attention to detail, diligence and quality.

Sara Hoggarth

Office Manager

Sara Hoggarth grew up in North Dakota, where she received her degree from the University of North Dakota. In 1995 she and her husband Tony moved to The Magic Valley, where they have raised their three children, have been business owners and active members of the community. Sara handles anything and everything that has to do with book keeping here at Goffin Heritage Homes. She works hand in hand with various banks and lenders on our clients behalf. She also executes all the day to day business for Goffin to keep things running smoothly!

Jeff Goffin


Jeff grew up on jobsites alongside his sister Meggan. This background gave him the foundational knowledge and attention to detail needed to keep up with the demands of construction sites.

Jeff ensures that jobs continue to run smoothly and efficiently. His attention to detail reflects Goffin Heritage Homes’ mission to provide a safe and tidy job site for subcontractors and clients.

Erin Henriksen

Interior Designer

Erin Henriksen, is the owner of Ainsley Elle & Pierce Interiors. She is a creative with a thriving staging and interior design business who is passionate for design and committed to providing clients with a beautiful product. Erin left a full time Registered Nurse job in the Operating Room to follow her passion and allow for a more flexible schedule to raise her three children. Her kids, Ainsley, Brielle and Pierson were the reason and inspiration behind her self made business. Erin and her husband and kids recently relocated from Wisconsin, and they are quickly feeling at home and in love with Idaho. Erin’s business offers design services for new construction as well as remodels, staging for new construction and interior design. She believes in living beautifully within any budget.
